Housing Lobby Day

Join us at the State House for housing lobby day! This session we’re looking to build tenant power by enacting rent stabilization for mobile home parks statewide, and making sure communities know who owns the housing people live in.

We’ll start with some training: we’ll learn about the policies, how to have good lobbying conversations, how to find our way around the state house complex, and who we need to talk to, and why. Then we’ll seek out our legislators to persuade and gather intel. And finally, we’ll debrief over lunch to share what we’ve learned.
