How our scores work:

For every vote legislators take, they receive a positive or negative score based on whether their votes are in alignment with MPA's position. To see legislators' individual votes, click on their names in the grid below. You can also find more information and a table of legislators' votes here.

MPA doesn't score legislators on absences—if a legislator was absent for a vote, they do not receive a positive or negative score (see FAQs for more information).

When the most recent official action differs from the actual status of the bill, we've indicated it in the comments section with the bill description.

*Sen. Rick Bennett unenrolled from the Republican Party during the session and is running for governor in 2026 as an Independent.

**Reps. Holly Eaton (D-Deer Isle) and Abigail Griffin (R-Levant) were not present for the votes MPA scored this year due to serious medical events.
