Childcare is an important part of any parent’s and child’s life. So often it is under-appreciated, underfunded and generally overlooked by those who have been elected into our Statehouse. Unfortunately, that is not a new concern, though these days have brought up some issues that have put some new challenges on the plate of parents and kids alike.
