Relationship Building (Monthly Organizing Fundamentals)

This training is open to all progressive staff and any volunteer who is ready to take a leap in their organizing skills. What makes organizing different from mobilizing? Relationships! To help a person grow their leadership, we have to understand where they’re coming from. And we start with 1:1 meetings. This training will take us through identifying potential new leaders, setting up the 1:1, how to have a meaningful 1:1 conversation, and what to do next. Register here!
