Power Maine Forward: Clean Energy Day of Action

Come to the State House to let our elected leaders know we are ready to power Maine forward with reliable, affordable clean energy. Speak out in support of legislation to create new jobs and support our economy by transitioning too 100% clean electricity by 2040.

Schedule:

• 8:30 AM –9:15 AM: Check in at the State House Welcome Center for an overview and to kick-off the day
• 9:15 AM – 12:00 PM: Pack the halls of the State House – speaking with legislators, holding signs, and demonstrating support for climate action and clean energy

Wear blue to show your support, and please bring a homemade sign in support of clean energy if you can! We’ll have some signs available for use if you’re not able to bring one

Let’s show our lawmakers that Maine people want a clean energy future that works for all Mainers– and we’re ready to Power Maine Forward.
