Designed to take advantage of the unique opportunities that occur when starting a new role, this training covers core leadership concepts, dealing with organizational conflict, developing sustainable workplans, and more. It is two days and one overnight at the farm in China.<\/p>\n

Because space is limited, we may not be able to accept everyone who applies. Please tell us a little bit about yourself and why you want to come to the training. Deadline to apply is Wednesday January 7th, 2026. Apply here!<\/a><\/strong> Cost is $200 per person.<\/em><\/p>\n

We aim to offer these trainings to as many people as possible to strengthen the progressive movement. While there are costs involved\u2014staff time, food, venue rental, and materials\u2014the fee we\u2019re asking for covers the basics. However, we don\u2019t want cost to be a barrier for anyone. If you can\u2019t pay the full amount, simply pay what you can afford. And if you\u2019re unable to pay at all, please apply anyway\u2014we\u2019ll do our best to accommodate you!
