SUMMARY:Strategies for Racial\, Economic\, and Gender Justice
DESCRIPTION:Open to all staff and volunteers interested in understanding the origins of these injustices\, and the skills necessary to tackle them (inside and outside our organizations). This training will be two days and one overnight at MPA’s China house. \nBecause space is limited\, we may not be able to accept everyone who applies. Please tell us a little bit about yourself and why you want to come to the training. \nWe aim to offer these trainings to as many people as possible to strengthen the progressive movement. While there are costs involved—staff time\, food\, venue rental\, and materials—the fee we’re asking for covers the basics. However\, we don’t want cost to be a barrier for anyone. If you can’t pay the full amount\, simply pay what you can afford. And if you’re unable to pay at all\, please apply anyway—we’ll do our best to accommodate you! If accepted into the program\, the trainer will discuss with you about payment options and sliding fees. \nApply here! Deadline to apply is Thursday\, September 25\, 2025.
